Your Opportunity
- You are responsible to receive incoming and outgoing calls in order to ensure company’s business performance runs smoothly.
- You are responsible to greet and treat incoming guests by informing their attendance to related persons, in order to make them feel comfortable.
Your Qualifications
- Hold a Diploma Degree in any major
- Having 1 (one) year experience as telephone operator or similar position
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Having knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, MS. Word, etc)
Your Opportunity
- You are responsible in assisting Finance Planning Management Reporting Manager FPMR to manage and handle the planning and reporting function and related activities of Sampoerna group of companies.
Your Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting major
- Having 2 (two) years experience in Public Accounting Firm and additional exposure in Budgeting function would be an advantage
- Good command of MS Office. Exposure in SAP FI-CO module and or Cognos TM1 software would be an advantage
- Advance in Excel is a must
- Able to work under pressure and perform multi tasking job
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
