Accounting Officer - Jakarta


Responsibilities
  • Preparing journal daily reports (Daily, weekly & Monthly)
  • Handle reconcile and maintain accounts in Account Receivables, Account Paybles, Cash & Bank Statements
  • Assist with monthly closings & adjustments journals
  • Preparing and compose monthly Financial statements & reports
  • Responsible for making invoices, checking them, and releasing before the deadlines
Requirements
  • Male/ Female max. 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting or equivalent with GPA min 3.00
  • Having Experience min 3 years as Accounting
  • Brevet A/ B/ C certificate is advantageous
  • Good understanding of Finance and Accounting system
  • Knowledgeable of operating Accounting Software is a must
  • Good personal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Broadminded, creative, strategic, and analytical thinking
Secretary - Jakarta
Requirements
  • Female, max. 28 years old
  • Minimum D3 secretary/ bachelor degree with related major
  • Having minimum 3 years experience in similar position
  • Handling secretarial and administrative tasks starting from incoming/outgoing communications, document preparation, schedule arrangements, filing, up to related office administration
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and computer literate
  • Able to organize and prioritize activities and workload
  • Good team work as well as independent worker.
  • Good interpersonal skill and honest
  • Able to multitasking and work under pressure
  • Communicative, motivated, efficient, independent
Receptionist - Jakarta
Requirements
  • Female 22-26 years old,
  • Min Diploma (D3) public relation/hospitality
  • Preferable having 1 years experince in Custumer service/public relation
  • Able to comunicate with english
  • Willing to placed in JakartaTax Officer - Jakarta
    Responsibilities
  • Administration of Taxation
  • Reporting SPM
  • Preparing documentation during tax examinations
Requirements
  • Minimum S1 Accounting / Tax
  • Preferred to have experience of at least 1 year related field
  • Having good knowledge the basics of taxation applicable in Indonesia
  • Mastering Computers (Ms Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Knowing the prevailing tax rules
  • Understand and appreciate the e-spt
HR Staff - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Handling data employee maintaince and updating administration data base
  • Conduct and monitoring process promotion, time attendance, overtime, turnover, and responsible to provide payroll data
  • Handle employee insurance claim (hospital, jamsostek)
  • Involved in employment law and local regulations.
  • Demonstrate highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and also willingness to work collaboratively with other Departments
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in HR preferably from Human Resource background
  • Required skill(s): HR knowledge in Employee relationship, Communication and Public relationship.
  • Having experience in handling Organizational and People Development matters
  • Able to speak and write excellent English.
Legal Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Good knowledge in corporate legal, review agreement, handling, monitoring licenses and permit
  • Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, and regulatory compliance of the company
  • Review corporate and commercial agreements of the group as well as providing professional advice and consultation on legal matters
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
  • Male/female max. 30 years old
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experiance as Legal Assistant/Paralegal or Lawyer in Mining Industry (is plus)
  • Good health and personality, smart, and hard worker
