In this exciting growth phase, PT AEL Indonesia seeks experienced and professional personnel to fill in the following positions:

1 SHE Manager - (Position code : MGR - SHE)
Min. S1 in Sciences. Five (5) years in Chemical Industry with good knowledge of SHE/Quality/World-Class management. Can be relied on to implement plans and monitor progress over a long period. Has good knowledge of SHE/Quality/World-Class management. Has conceptual, innovativeness and analytical thinking; a good understanding of Quality Assurance principles and practice, understanding of product technology, occupational health, Safety and environment.

2 Training Manager - MGR - TR
Min. S1 in Human Resources, or Engineering preferred. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both oral and written), good knowledge of MS Office and Vocational Training Qualification Frameworks and Systems. Able to develop competency training vision across all project sites in Indonesia. Self-motivated, structured and have a systematic approach to Vocational Training processes. At least 8 years of working experience in a Vocational Training and Development role. Should be currently in a managerial level position

3 Training Officer - TR- OFC
Min. D3 Degree in Economic or Social Science. Age max. 30 years old and have 5 years experience in training field, preferably in mining companies

4 HR Officer - HR -OFC
Min. D3 Degree in Management, or S1 Law preferred. Age max. 30 years old and have 5 years experience as HR Officer, preferably in mining companies

5 Site Manager - MGR -SM
S1 in engineering field, Mining Engineering will be an advantage, 8 years field experience, POM

6 Technical Service Engineer - TS - ENG
S1 in engineering field, preferably Mining Engineering, KJL, POP preferable, 3 years experience in similar role

7 Field Superintendent - FLD - SPT
S1 in Mining Engineering, KJL and POM, 2 years blasting experience

8 Field Supervisor - FLD - SPV
Min. D3 in Mining Engineering or High School with min. 5 years’ experience, KJL, POP, blasting experience

9 Junior Draftsman - ENG - JDR
D3 major in mechanical, civil or architecture with 1 year experience as a draftsman for a general steel fabrication & construction company

10 QC Assistant - SHE - QCA
Senior high school major in science or technical high school major in chemical or mining, preferably with related experience
