Currently our client a multinational operator company in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia requires several positions for their FLNG project as below:

Senior Process Engineer (Indonesian National)

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience in offshore/FPSO of EPC, FEED projects engineering
• Bachelor Degree in Process Engineering

Responsibilities:
• Participating in FEED & EPC preparation, i.e. preparing ITT / ITB Document, Scope of Work, Interfacing Design.
• Participating in Liquefaction and AGRU Process Technology selection study.
• Review process engineering deliverables (i.e. PFD, Design Specification, and Process Technology Selection, some Process Philosophies) from Contractor and Consultant.
• Involve in preparation of WP&B (Work Program & Budget), AFE (Approval for Expenditure), Risk Matrix, Interfacing Meeting.
• Preparation of Design Basis for FEED and Design Basis for Process Licensor (i.e. Liquefaction & AGRU)
• Preparation some standard design spread sheet for Contractor/Vendor/Consultant design verification (i.e. vessel, tank, pump, compressor design).
• As a member of Subsequent Development Team to prepare some opportunities for the next step development
• Involve in negotiation with Indonesians Upstream Authority (BPMIGAS) according to work plan and budget, FEED Preparation and several technical decision.

Senior Mechanical Engineer (Indonesian National)

Requirements:
• Minimum 10-15 years experience in the Compressor and Gas Turbine sector, covering various aspects of equipment lifecycle in order to be credible with your peers.
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:
• Experienced in design, construction and operations for offshore FLNG project
• Experience in different operating environments to provide user solutions for a wide range of conditions. Optimisation techniques will be applied during the development of agreements
• Previous experience in a DS environment would be advantageous.
• Can operate in a team, albeit that the nature of this job requires that you are able to independently develop strategies and execute your own work plan.
• Having the skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors.

Static Equipment Engineer (Indonesian National)

Requirements:
• 10 + years of experience Overview Manage Piping and Pressure vessels Pre-FEED and FEED engineering studies for offshore gas and condensate treatment and liquefaction on a LNG floating facilities (FLNG).
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:
• Conduct and supervise conceptual Static Equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storages etc.) layouts, Piping systems (including piping materials, valves, safety valves, supports, insulation , coating, fire-proofing, etc) engineering studies for pre-FEED and FEED meeting specificities of modularized design, offshore conditions and floating support specificities (motion) for all FLNG systems ( topsides process and utilities facilities, marine systems and utilities, living quarters, warehouse etc)
• Responsible for the technical integrity of all Static Equipment layouts, piping systems including cryogenic systems, particularly relating to piping materials, pipe stress analysis, pipe supports and piping system over pressure protection (surge analysis) and overall safety of systems.
• Responsible for design specification selection and services relating to piping systems ( including material and insulation), and Static Equipments
• Provide technical advice to management and other departments/divisions on the subjects of layout, piping configuration, valves material, material handling and Static Equipment.
• Act as focal point and technical authority for piping systems, Static Equipment layouts engineering, applicable codes and standards, specific Owners quality control requirements for procurement and construction where needed;
• Monitor the performance of design contractors and suggest remedial actions to avoid design deficiencies
• Contribute to the Basis of Design and Project Specifications
• Accountable for scope of works preparation for Piping and Static Equipment engineering activities
• Participate in the technical and safety related reviews and consolidate Piping and Static equipment engineering opinions
• Accountable for material handling studies, Layout philosophy.
• Participate to specific multi-disciplines studies (e.g.3D model reviews selection, HAZID, HAZOP)
• Reviewing and approving Piping and Vessels capital cost estimates.

Hull Outfitting Engineer (Indonesian National)

Requirements:
• Experience min 8 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Facility particularly FPSO engineering/design/construction & LNG VLCC engineering/design/procurement/construction
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:
• Experienced in FEED detailed engineering, procurement & construction of offshore facilities
• Experienced in development & review of technical specifications, drawings, data reports & other documentation such as technical requisitions
• Experienced in preparation of technical bid packages & evaluation of technical bids
• Experienced in various engineering studies & workshop like HAZOP, HAZID etc
• Experienced in working in major exploration & production companies or EPC contractors
• Experienced in development of Hull/Tank (including cargo tank/condensate tank),LQ including HVAC, all other Hull systems (e.g. Ballasting, Bilge etc) under upper deck, layout of piping, P&ID, inspection strategy
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes (quality, safety and others)
• Classifications Society Regulation Knowledge of Major Oil & Gas Compact standards including DEPs Knowledge of Hull/Tank outfitting, Hull systems material selection & specification, painting material selection & specification Familiar with project safety management

Topside Structure Engineer (Indonesian National)

Requirements:
• Min of 8 years experiences in Oil and Gas facility engineering/design/construction, including at least 3 years in FEED and EPC of offshore facilities including FPSO
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Civil Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities:
• Experienced in FEED, detailed engineering, fabrication in shop yard and construction/installation of large size module structure in onshore and offshore facilities including FPSO
• Experienced in development and review of technical specifications, drawings, study reports, and other documentation such as technical requisitions
• Experienced in preparation of technical bid packaged and evaluation of technical bids
• Experienced in working in major exploration& production companies or EPC contractors
• Experienced in handling of weight control CoG Knowledge of industry standards and codes (quality, safety, and others) including DEPs applicable to FPSO
• Knowledge of stress and fatigue analysis as per dynamic loads Knowledge of structure design software such as SACS, USFOS, STAAD Pro, etc
• Knowledge of corrosion protection system of structure Familiar with project safety management
• Topside Structure Design Review/check and evaluate FEED Contractors structural design for equipment structure and pipe racks etc on topside
• Ensure that topside structure meet industry quality standards as well as regulatory requirements Ensure that final design is in line with the project specifications and DEPs requirements along with project documentation Evaluate FEED deliverables of Multi FEED for topside structure
• Technical Assurance and Integrity Review design calculations including stress and fatigue analysis, drawings and simulation models in order to verify accuracy of deliverables for topside structure design
• Contractor Management Ensure that FEED Contractors provide proper progress reporting and complete documentation for topside structure design
