PT Ricobana Abadi

PT Ricobana Abadi was established on February 19, 1981, operating its core business in heavy equipment contract services and spareparts supplies. The lead of heavy equipment rental division was initiated by bulldozers and excavators rental services to PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam persero, Tanjung Enim, Sumatra Selatan, which is still in progress until now.


In the following year, this division started to facilitate heavy equipment services to other companies such as PT Jaya Konstruksi MP, PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia, etc. In 1991, heavy equipment rental and contractor division undertook the earth work construction project and became the sub-contractor of JO Jaya Obayashi for the first time in respect to the Paiton PLTU project building. Until recent, PT Ricobana Abadi has owned and operated a large number of small to big machines which is spreadout at various projects in Indonesia.

SITE OPERATION HEAD (CODE - RBA 001)

Qualification:
• Male max. 45 years old .
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Familiar with Project Planning and Project Management
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in open pit coal mining area
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in Mining Operation & Support and HSE Management system
• Excellent Presentation, Interpersonal and Leadership skills
• Preferably held a "POM" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan.

PROJECT CONTROL SUPERINTENDENT (CODE - RBA 002)

Qualification:
• Male / Female, max 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Min. 3 years previous experiences in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Requires multitasking capabilities (project engineering, scheduling, budgeting, etc.)
• Able to create and maintain appropriate administrative controls in place daily, weekly and monthly in accordance with Company procedures from award to completion and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract
• Able to forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met
• Attention to details, good leadership in team work, achieving result, initiative, communication and commitment to organizational ethic
• Excellent computer skill
• Based in Head Office Jakarta. Willing to travel to all site PT Ricobana Abadi

BLASTING ENGINEER (CODE - RBA 003)

Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Having KIM (Kartu Ijin Meledakkan) License & "POP" competency certificate is a must
• Familiar with mining software SURPAC
• Based in East Kalimantan.

SHE SUPERVISOR (CODE - RBA 004)

Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma of K3
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, HSE procedure, HIRA, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
• Preferably held a "POP"& “OSHAS” competency certificate.
• Based in East Kalimantan.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (CODE - RBA 005)

Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Senior high school or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Capable on Fleet Management & having knowledge of operational Heavy equipment.
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (CODE - RBA 006)

Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management at the same level
• Familiar and able to do Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
• Based in East Kalimantan.

HRD SUPERVISOR (CODE - RBA 007)

Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old.
• Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology, Economy or Law
• 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies.
• Capable to implement HR strategies to optimize the utilization of HR in the Company.
• Good knowledge at labor regulation
• Experience in implementing recruitment process in Human Resources
• Good Interpersonal relationship, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• Based in East Kalimantan.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (CODE - RBA 008)

Qualification:
• Female/Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree all major
• 3 years experiences at Organizational Development in mining companies.
• Capable to identify business processes, measure and optimize performance management aligns with organizational goals
• Excellent presentation and communication skill
• Proficient in using MS Office , MS Visio, and MS Excel
• Good Interpersonal relationship, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• Based in Head Office Jakarta

TRAINER HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC (CODE - RBA 009)

Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old.
• 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies.
• Having Training of Trainer (TOT) Certificate is a must
• Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Based in East Kalimantan.

TRAINER HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR (CODE - RBA 010)

Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old.
• 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies.
• Having Training of Trainer (TOT) Certificate is a must
• Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Based in East Kalimantan.
