Responsibility:
- To be responsible for the growth, operations and profitability of Commercial Banking (Medium Enterprise) with the main objective to increase/grow market share and eventually to maximize shareholder value in line with the Group’s MfG strategy while maintaining sound credit quality.
- Commercial banking experience with exposure to Investment Banking and Markets.

Responsibility:
- The jobholder is responsible to provide support to growing trade services business and managing borrowing & non-borrowing accounts and liabilities.
- Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
- Has minimum 3 year experiences in banking industry
- Be able to grow the portfolio of TSC’s customers and also to maintain relationship with existing customers.
- Must have sound knowledge of TSC products and operations, as well as to have fair ideas of other corporate banking products.
- Excellent marketing and customer skills to meet up the targets.
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
- Interest working with details and possess high degree of accuracy
- Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
- Has a strong drive to succeed

Responsibility:
- To plan, implement and monitor IMO TSC sales and business development initiatives with the primary objective of increasing market share and maximizing profitability within the frame work of the Bank's strategic plan. At the same time, the job holder needs to monitor and develop TSC sales team.
- At least 5 years of sound lending experience in commercial banking
- 3 - 5 years leadership experience
- Exposure to sales/business development or account management
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Strong influencing skills to work across GBM and CMB/GTB team

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years working experiences in consumer banking sales or relationship management.
- Experience of working with high net worth individuals with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Accreditation in line with regulatory and compliance requirements (i.e.Waperd and AAJI) preferred.
- Strong knowledge on Wealth Management, financial markets and investment products.
- Strong selling skills, excellent interpersonal skills including influencing and relationship building.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good verbal and written English.
- High degree of credibility and integrity.
Requirements
- Possess good knowledge of securities business, banking operations, taxation of financial instruments and mutual funds.
- Possess a good knowledge of local tax regulations (particularly related to the tax treaty agreement between Indonesia and the partner country and capital market related tax regulation)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and managerial skills with ability to work well within team and independently
- Has minimum 3 years tax related experience
- Good interpersonal skills
