Customer Care Center
Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and or outbound and or e-mail incoming

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Required skill(s): Communication, Excel, Pivot.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service General or Call Centre Executive.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.

Training & Organizational Development (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

• Familiar develop training module as well as become trainer. Candidates also need to have a deep experience in mapping talent in one organization as well as develop them and becoming change agent

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required skill(s): Training, Talent Management, Monitoring.
• Preferred skill(s): Pivot.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or General HR.
