SME Credit Analyst Manager (CAM-Srby) (Based: Surabaya)
Position Requirements
  • Having experience at least 1-5 years experience in SME Lending within a full service bank
  • Will be based in Surabaya
  • A good understanding of the Bank of Indonesia Regulations and general law relating to lending and securities
  • Sound financial analysis skill
  • Ability to command a PCAA commensurate with the role
  • Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to manage risk in a commercial environment
  • Excellent  communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with business partners
  • PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and spoken English

Senior Business Analyst (SBA)
Position Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking and Economy from reputable university
  • Having experience 0-3 years experience in leading a team of Business Analyst
  • Having experience to to prepare and plan for User Acceptance Tests, including UAT  scripts, and test execution plan
  • Having experience  to Lead and facilitate workshops with business representatives to elicit business requirements
  • Having experience in handling projects
  • Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
  • Able to work well under tight deadline
  • Excellent  communication and interpersonal skill
  • PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and spoken English

Change Manager (CM)
Position Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking and Economy from reputable university
  • Having 0-5 years experience in Support a project team in understanding and managing the impact of the implementation of a project or program
  • Having good understanding in assessing the change project
  • Having experience in manage or provide support to define, implement and analyse the Change Readiness Assessments and the Communications Plan (dependent on project size)
  • Having experience in Manage or provide support to define and deliver programme Change Management strategy and plan
  • Having experience in Manage or provide support to develop the Benefits Realisation Plan and Business Handover Plan
  • Having experience in Develop learning materials and Facilitate and deliver training to stakeholders, including senior management and frontline staff
  • Able to work safely and  Sound business analysis skills
  • Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
  • Able to work well under tight deadline
  • Excellent  communication and interpersonal skill

Treasury Operations Officer (Code: Trop) (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Consistently able to supervise all treasury transactions (FX, MM, fixed income and other types of related transactions) across the division and process them using the best alternative solution, which is done as soon as possible after the complete document is received.
Requirements:
  • Minimum education Bachelor (S1) from the Department of Banking, Economics or Finance from reputable University.
  • Minimum two years experience in banking operations division (especially those who have at least one year treasury transaction processing)
  • Having experience in the process of fixed income transactions are preferred.
  • Having a broad knowledge of all treasury products
  • Having a strong analytical ability and skills in conceptualizing
  • Proactive, full of initiative, have high integrity, a focus on risk and attention to detail
  • Having effective communication skills, initiative and team spirit
  • Have the interpersonal skills, especially teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
  • Proficient in operating a computer which is Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
  • Have good English language skills, oral and written
