Production Shift Supervisor
Task & Responsibility
- Making plan for production work process by weekly, monthly based on the target set up by Production Manager, PPIC
- Coordinating production work process to ensure production target as planned
- Calculating & controlling RM, PM, FG, machine, and man power according to the standard
- Implementing food safety standard (FSMS, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal)
- Implementing the safety system (K3)
- Making report of working result and evaluate production result daily, weekly, monthly, yearly
- Analyze problem & setup process improvement
- Routine coordination with other working unit
- Male, maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Engineering, Food Technology or Chemical
- Fresh graduate are welcomed
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Good command in computer programs (Ms Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Willing to be located in Cibitung
Qualification Required :
- Male
- Minimum education : D3
- Minimum three years experience in maintenance / technical field
- Good knowledge and minimum three years in mechanical, electronic, or automation
Qualification Required :
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in food technology
- Minimum two years experience working in food factory
- Halal auditor, understand ISO 22000 & ISO 14000
- Good knowledge about statistic analysis
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology
- IPK Min. 3.0 (scale 4)
- Fluent in Mandarin (oral & written) is a must
- Preferable 1 year experience in food industry, but fresh graduates with passion working in food industry & fluent in Mandarin are welcome to apply
