- Responsible to handle various voice phone inquiries from client with excellent service

- Having experience in Call Centre or Customer Service preferably in life insurance, banking or other financial institution
- Has good interpersonal and communication skill

- Responsible to assess policy holder payment

- Bachelor degree from any field (Preferable in Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science)
- Has good insurance knowledge
- Has good analytical skill
- Computer literate
- Maintains control and tracking over petty cash, payments and receipts while ensure company policies regarding those areas are strictly followed.
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Min. 1 years relevant experience.
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a team / individual
