Account Manager - Sales Enterprise (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to Sales Manager (for Banking & Financial accounts), you are responsible to:
  • Achieving revenue of corporate sales target by developing effective sales strategy
  • Maintaining relatinship with current customers and their recurring revenue by developing effective account strategy
  • Exploring customer needs and developing the solution
  • Developing and maintaining re-seller and partner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably from Telecommunication Engineering
  • 3 years experience in sales field or has passion in sales with min. 3years experience in XL
  • Knowledge of XL's GSM and Non GSM products
  • Understanding of Sales strategy and Account Management
  • Excellent communication and sales presentation skills
  • Possess customer orientation perspective

Specialist - Corporate Culture and HSE (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and internalize the Corporate Culture to be embedded into real and applicable initiatives
  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of Corporate Culture "events"/ "processes"
  • Monitor the implementation of Corporate Culture "events"/ "processes" and highlight issues identified
  • Ensure the implementation of OHS standards in the company are comply with related OHS regulations
Requirements:
  • University Graduate (S1) majoring Psychology or Social Science or Communication with a least 5 years experience in Corporate Culture assignment
  • Advance knowledge of Telco Business with a focus on their culture
  • Excellent communication skills (for interpersonal communication, presentation, and analytical report writting)
  • Analytical skills, spesifically the ability to assess behavioral process using Cultural framework
  • Knowledge of organizational behavior and business process re-engineering
  • Basic skills of project management with hands-on experience
  • Required skill(s): Corporate Culture, Change Management, HSE.

Specialist - Competency Development (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Non Network Functional Competency Development process
  • Conduct Development Need Analysis
  • Establish and Implement Non Network Functional Competency Development Program Curriculum and Plan
  • Conduct bidding process for Non Network Functional Competency Development vendor
  • Monitor Learning Impact measurement
Requirements:
  • S1, preferably Management, Telecommunication Engineering or Social Science with min. 5 years experience in human resources development/consultant
  • Good understanding of company direction and unit business operation knowledge Experienced in designing and developing training curriculum, program, methodology, and training module
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoke English is a must

Specialist - Talent Management (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Employee Assessment & Profiling
  • Mapping the people strength into Talent Matrix by Levels
  • Facilitating talent review meeting
  • Communicating and educating people on Talent Management Process and Development
  • Ascertaining the development needs & development plans for the identified Talents
  • Implementing & monitoring the individual development plans for the identified Talents
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the development plan & fine-tuning the plan to suit situational needs
  • Communicating Assessment & Profile result
  • Giving Expert Analysis & Recommendation on People Development and Job Assignment
Requirements:
  • S1, preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management with min. 5 years experience in human resources development
  • Good understanding of company direction and unit business operation knowledge
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation/coaching skills
  • Able to conduct assessment & Data Interpretation
  • Fluency in written and spoke English is a must
