Finance Accounting Manager
Requirement:
- Female, maximal 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Economics Finance/Accountancy.
- Experience work in KAP and Mining company min. 4-5 years
- Required skill(s): leadership, decision making, financial bussiness.
- Preferred skill(s): bussiness management.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Develop strategic plans, budgets and cash flow projections with financial performance measurement and analysis.
- Work closely with Group FC on treasury and cash flow management to achieve optimal cash position from the group perspective.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and group reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain a good system of internal controls and ensure compliance with such internal controls, policies and procedures set
- Assist in managing daily operational issues relating to finance and internal controls.
- Assist in tax matters and ensure all tax filings are done on time and provide tax advice when required.
- Consolidate all financial report
- Supervise, lead and develop finance and accounting team members.
