External Affairs & Anti Counterfeit Coordinator

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering or Law is preferable.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing external affairs, communications as well as dealing with governmental bodies.
• Experienced in coordinate and deliver large scale of project with fixed timeline of delivery.
• Good communication skill (both in verbal and writing) to liaise and dealing with government, other functions & business.
• Project management skill.
• Good in interpersonal skill and having friendly approach to people.
• Good skill in MS Office application, particularly Excel spreadsheet.

Ethics & Compliance Investigation Lead

• At minimum Bachelor Degree from any major with relevant professional qualification
• Have attended or hold certification in Advanced Investigation or similar course by approved provider
• Have taken interviewing skills course by approved provider
• Significant investigation experience with at least half in areas of fraud, bribery & corruption
• Experienced in the assessment of complex allegations and recommendation of approach/strategy
• Good level of understanding of interviewing techniques
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to perform data mining
• Good level of understanding of business process review
• Capable in performing fraud risk assessment
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Honest, ethical and perform with a superior level of integrity
• Excellent communicator (written or verbal) with capability to brief management and provide concise and professional advice
• Have flexibility in schedule and available to travel
• Understanding of regulations such as FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), UK Bribery act, SEC (Securities Exchange Commission), Indonesian Corruption Law and its implications
