Mandiri Micro Manager (MMM)
Responsibilities

• Leading and managing micro-credit units
• Giving credit decisions appropriate limit the authority
• Develop and maintain a credit portfolio of credit to stay healthy

Requirements
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Maximum age 35 years
• Minimum D3 (preferably S1) with GPA of at least 2:50
• Not having a working nuclear family at Bank Mandiri (parent, brother / younger brother, husband / wife)

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years work experience: 3 years in the field of microcredit and 2 years of which once led the unit in micro-finance
• Have good communication skills, neat, courteous with a high confidence is a plus
