Responsibilities:
- Ensuring formulated important issues regarding the Organization Management / Change Management / Human Capital Plan & Strategy / Career Management / Performance Management / Compensation & Benefits Management / Industrial Relations / Human Capital Management System through analysis, compilations, forecasts the data / information in order to see the development of scale / other related indicators as inputs that need to be anticipated by management
- Ensuring availability of alternative solutions or recommendations in the areas of improvement Organization Management / Change Management / Human Capital Plan & Strategy / Career Management / Performance Management / Compensation & Benefits Management / Industrial Relations / Human Capital Management System to improve the quality of management decisions
- Ensuring understand the process, methodology or recommendations related to Organization Management / Change Management / Human Capital Plan & Strategy / Career Management / Performance Management / Compensation & Benefits Management / Industrial Relations / Human Capital Management System optimally by all relevant parties
- Ensuring terimplementasinya program associated with the Organization Management / Change Management / Human Capital Plan & Strategy / Career Management / Performance Management / Compensation & Benefits Management / Industrial Relations / Human Capital Management System
- Ensuring availability of reports and review of the implementation of the program implementation

- Department of Human Resource Management, Mathematics, Psychology, Law, and Statistics
- GPA min. 3.00 (scale 4:00)
- Experienced in the field min. 1 year

- Mastering the use of computer systems and applications (Microsoft Office and internet min.)
- Having effective communication skills, creative thinking
- Willing to be placed in the office area Soekarno-Hatta Airport

- Aviation Engineering Department
- Preferred experienced in their field min. 1 year

- S1 majoring in Graphic Design / Visual Communication Design / Advertising / Media of Universities
- GPA Min. 2.75 (scale 4)
- Minimum 2 years
- Mastering the Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Corel Draw, etc.
- Proactive and up-date on the latest design developments
- Ability to work in teams
