Contact Center PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) 121
 Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming calls from customers KAI
• Inform the appropriate information required by the customer KAI
• Receive Railway Ticket Booking
• Handle complaints from customers KAI

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Age max 35 years old at the time rekruitasi
• Minimum D3, GPA min 2:50
• Can communicate well
• Clear articulation of words and pronunciation
• Willing to work shift
• Willing to work overtime if needed
• Status: Outsourcing
• Willing to be located on Jl Juanda (right near the station Juanda) - Jakarta
