CHIEF ACCOUNTANT - SBY

Job Description:

·         Position reports to Accounting Director in overseas Headquarters and to Regional Operations manager.

·         Manages all local business transactions including AR, AP, Collections, disbursements and expenses.

·         Manage company assets

·         Payroll preparation and management for 10-20 staff

·         Keep accurate records and balance all reports and ledgers monthly

·         Interface with local tax authorities

·         Prepares various reports for Corporate Headquarters as needed on various basis

·         Setup and expand accounting procedures

·         Other accounting duties as required

Job Requirement :

·         At least 5 years being as General Accountant or chief accountant assistant

·         University/ College graduation in Accounting/Finance

·         Male/Female age: over 27 years old

·         Fluent in English, both written and verbal

·         Strong computer skills (MS Word/excel)

·         Good experience in preparing financial, accounting and tax statements

·         Experience with new or start-up companies a plus.

·         Ability to operate in a dynamic environment - Active, responsible and well organized

·         Proactive, hard-working and honest. Flexible and well-developed interpersonal skills

·         Have knowledge of using accounting software
