   A. Human Capital Development Manager assist in the tasks related to organizational development
   2. Analyzing and designing systems that can influence the development of organizational effectiveness of the organization
   3. Designing, implementing and developing a system of Organization Development, Performance Management, Corporate Culture, Competency Development, Talent Management, and Job Analysis & Evaluation
   4. To coordinate and establish good relationships with departments / divisions involved in the planning and implementation of organizational development
Requirements:

    * Male / Female, age max 35 years old
    * Minimum graduate degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Human Resource Management from reputable university
    * Have experience as an Organization Development Specialist at least 2 years
    * Have the knowledge and expertise in the drafting and implementation of the Organization Development, Performance Management, Corporate Culture, Competency Development, Talent Management, and Job Analysis & Evaluation
    * Having good skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
    * Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio
    * Like a challenge, communicative, dynamic, accustomed to the deadline and have leadership
