- Berusia maksimal 26 th dan belum menikah
- Berijazah S1 – Teknik, IPK 2,90 Jurusan: Sipil dan Pengairan
- Berijazah S1 – Ekonomi, IPK 3,00 Jurusan: Akuntansi dan Manajemen
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja Perusahaan
