MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing maintenance strategies (TPM), procedures and methods;
• Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work
• Diagnosing breakdown problems
• Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians
• Liaising with client departments and customers;
• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
• Control / maintain spare parts, maintenance tools, stores and equipments
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• Create / maintain the maintenance strategies to support the installation and commissioning guidelines.
• Maintain / Fix machines, tools and equipments
• Maintenance Monthly Report – downtimes report / break down etc.
• Ability to prioritize work load to meet deadlines
• Stand by 24 hours for the emergency case
• To be awareness of safety
• Work upon Supervisor’s assignments

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineer, EE or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Automotive Industry or Manufacturing
• Knowledge of Pneumatics / Hydraulics systems
• Knowledge of CAD ideally
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in speaking, reading, writing and understanding English
• PLC programming, Robot programming
• Computer literacy with an emphasis on MS Office tools
• Ability to understand technical drawings.
• Knowledge of OHS&W, Environmental and TS16949 standards
