We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions as requested by our Client for O&G and Mining Industry.

1. Business Development Manager

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Law, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experiences in Oil & Gas Projects or operating companies
• Must have solid experiences in managing EPC contracts within the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical sectors (offshore and onshore)
• Familiar with the overall tender procedures as per PTK 007 latest revision as applicable in Oil&Gas companies
• Having excellent interpersonal skills and broad networkings in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical or Mining Industries
• Having good level of management and leadership skills
• Excellent English communications skills (oral and writing)

2. Contract Administration Manager

• Having Bachelor Degree in Business, Law, Engineering or equivalent
• Having 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects and operating companies or Petrochemical and Mining industry
• Having solid eexperiences in contract management and inter-function coordination
• Familiar with the overall tender procedures as per PTK 007 latest revision as applicable in Oil&Gas companies
• Sound understanding of relevant Indonesian Government regulations related to these areas : business, legal, immigration, manpower, taxation, importation, etc.
• Having good level of management and leadership skills
• Excellent English communications skills (oral and writing)

3. Project Control or Construction Manager

• Preferred an Expatriate, who is now residing in Indonesia
• Will be responsible for managing the execution of Company’s construction works in different projects
• Must have relevant experiences as Construction Manager or Project Control Manager at least for 15 years in major EPC Company in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Sectors
• Working experiences in several refinary projects environment is an advantage
• Having relevant Engineering Degree

4. Senior Instrument Engineer

• Preferred an Expatriate, who is now residing in Indonesia
• Having minimum 10 years of experiences in Instrument and Control System Engineer in Major EPC Company, in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Sectors
• Working experiences in several refinary projects environment is an advantage
• Having Engineering Degree in Instrument & Control System

5. Proposal Engineer

• Minimum 3 years of experiences as Proposal Engineer in EPC Company, with minimum 8 years in projects or operations of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Petrochemical Sectors
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Highly motivated, well organised, resourcesful and proactive
• Good problem solving abilities with the ability to multi tasking job
• Excellent English communications skills both oral and writing

6. Wireline Engineer

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Petroleum Engineering
• Min 3 (three) years of experience
• Good technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electronics and Petroleum Engineering
• Good interpersonal skills with customers, peers and sub – ordinates
• Dynamic, creative, self motivated and able to work independently
• Must be familiar to deliver well surveillance/logging services to the client on both Geothermal & Oil – Gas fields in a safe manner
• Good English communications skills both oral and writing

7. Geologist

• Bachelor degree in Geology
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in an exploration environment with at least 3 years in a Supervisory position overseeing core shed and exploration field activities
• Expected major experiences in Au/Ag oxide or porphyry style Cu/Au deposits.
• Respect good level of work ethics and self motivated and independent
• Good English communications skills both oral and writing

8. HE Mechanics & Electricians

• Having min. 3 years of relevant experiences in mining projects
• Minimum education background: SMA IPA/ STM Machine (Automotive)/ D3 Machine/Electrical
• Familiar with system of installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of mechanical systems on the heavy equipment (Dozers, Excavators, Haul Truck, Motor Grader, etc.)
• Familiar with system of installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of electrical system on heavy equipment (Auto Electrician)
• Can read and interpret Service manual book and technical drawings
• Having Training records in Heavy Equipment is preferable
•Familiar with several types of Diesel Engines such as: Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel Engine and Hitachi
• Computer literate : Technical applications as required
• Good English communications skills both oral & writing

9. HE Operators

• Minimum Basic Education : SLTA IPA / STM Mesin/Otomotif
• Maximun age : 40 years old
• Having min 3 years of experiences in the sme job
• Having hands-on experiences in HE Dealer, Mining Contractors, or Mining Owners ( Komatsu operator is preferable)
• Having certificate of BM 2
• Holding “ Simper” or “Kimper”
• Willing to follow various required selection tests
• Ready to be assigned and relocated to project areas within Indonesia
• Ready to prove the original documents (School diploma, relevant Certificates, etc).
• Jobs are open for men only
• Having survival English communications skills

10. Camp Boss

• Manage the accommodation, meals and facilities for all crews at mining site
• Minimum Bachelor degree in hospitality / hotels environment
• Having at least 5 years in the same field
• Good communications and leadership skills
• Willing to work under-pressure with tight schedule
• Having basic computer and internet skills (office applications, emailing)
• Willing to work at mining sites and to be relocated within Indonesia
• Excellent knowledge about : Food Safety, HACCP, and HSE (K3) regulations
• Good English communications skills both oral & writing
