RECRUITMENT / INDUSTRIAL RELATION AND LEARNING DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
• Implement and promote site HSE standards.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis
•
Design, develop and schedule training programs that will be applied in
the organization including apprenticeship programs, on the job training,
professional development classes, and more
• Teach various classes
based on training needs, such as computer classes, management training
sessions, and more. In addition, he also provides train-the-trainer
sessions for internal subject matter experts in order to help them
develop the instructional skills necessary to share what they know with
others in the company.
• Develop a site training register to allow efficient reporting system for the government
•
Manage and coordinate student field work experience/apprenticeship
program of which the participants come from local mining vocational
schools and universities.
• Develop and implement Language Training –
English for national employees and Bahasa Indonesia for expatriate
employees – and manage translation work requirements across site.
•
Conduct recruitment of employees (starting from advertising up to hiring
process of new employees as required by the company in accordance with
the prevailing procedure.
• Knowledgeable and familiar with Industrial Relation & Procedures Manpower law and regulations.
• Having experience to negotiate with Labor Union
• Having experience dealing with Labor dispute
Competency Requirements:
Prerequisite:
• Holding degree on Law, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Education
• Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets and email functions
• Good English skills both verbal and writing
Desirable:
• Having extensive experience in Mining & Mineral operations
