Supreme Energy focuses its
business on the development of geothermal energy in Indonesia to support
the government program in meeting fast growing energy needs and
establishing a more environmentally friendly energy mix with an
increased proportion of renewable energy.
We
have done four comprehensive pre-feasibility studies and we have secured
three geothermal IUPs (mining concession license) for three areas in
Sumatera. These three areas are included in the PLN long-term
development plan (RUPTL 2010-2019) and in the second 10,000 MW
accelerated development program launched by the government of Indonesia
in 2010. Supreme plans to develop at least 220 MW of geothermal capacity
in each area, with commercial production expected to start in late 2015
or early 2016.
1. GENERAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR
Required:
Bachelor degree. Minimum 5 years experience in handling general office
services and maintenance support. Capable of handling mechanical,
electrical, voice and data cabling, carpentry and plumbing matters. Good
communication and fluent in written and spoken English. The person will
report to the Manager of General Services supervising and handling the
day-today activities which include but not limited to facilities
management such as offices, company houses/apartment, cleaning service,
office equipments, travel and transportation arrangements.
2.SECRETARY
Required:
Minimum D3 from Secretarial Academy with minimum two years experience.
Good computer skills including spreadsheet and Power Point. Good
understanding of English. Good interpersonal skills, able to perform
multiple tasks and work as a team. The person will perform a wide range
of secretarial administrative support services and provides direct
assistance to the Vice President of
3. FIELD RELATIONS OFFICER
Required
: Bacheclor degree. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in similar field.
Good written and spoken English. Good personality and willing to travel
to field location.
The person will assist the Head of Field Relations
in maintaining and promoting a healthy relation between central and
government, NGOs and Community, with responsibilities to assist in and
developing and promoting Community Relations and Development program and
policies.
4. TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Required :
Bachelor degree in geosciences or engineering. Minimum 2 to 5 years
experience In similar field and industry. Strong background in
spreadsheets, database and programming, hardware, software and standard
office software windows operating system. Recognize geothermal business
(exploration, development and operation) road map. Fluent in written and
spoken English.
The person will support the Earth Scientist and
Engineering Group in performing basic management and manipulation of
geological, engineering data; manage data base and data traffic and also
work program and budget as well as performing a variety of technical
engineering, geoscience and other Exploration & duties as required.
5. SITE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Required:
Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or Chemical Engineering
Engineering professional with minimum 20 years experience in control of
major civil construction project. Experience in construction in remote
areas with difficult terrain. Good communication, fluent in written and
spoken English.
The person will be a member of the project
construction team to construct power plant and steam field projects.
Primary responsibilities shall “dude management of all contractor field
activities, project schedule, cost control, QA/QC, safety and
environment procedures, ensuring company project policy procedures and
standards are adhered to. The person will be based at project site in
Rantau Dedap, South Sumatra.
6. HR SPECIALIST (C&B or Recruitment)
Required:
Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR or relevant field with minimum 3
years experience in personnel & HR activities such as C&8
administration processes or in recruitment and placement. Good head for
numbers, strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, ability to
multitask, competent in MS Office, familiar with JDE system. Fluent
written and spoken English. As the C&B Specialist the person will
perform and support activities of C&B function and Personnel
administration including payroll processing, preparation/distribution of
written notification to employees on benefits/compensation and
personnel policies, compile periodical HR related statistics &
reports, participate in C&B projects and initiatives, etc. As the
Recruitment Specialist the person will handle matters relating to
recruitment and selection such as assist in identifying suitable
recruitment channel, designing recruitment advertising, screening
applicants for basic compliance, schedule interview, generate
recruitment related documents ensuring recruitment policies and
procedures are adhered to, maintain and organize data bank of
applicants, etc.
