PT Reasuransi International Indonesia, known as ReINDO, a company owned by the Government of Republic Indonesia was established on 12th November 1996 and effectively commenced its business activities on the 1st January 1997. During the past eight years, ReINDO has been successful in establishing its main services on conventional and shari’a reinsurance products including life, health and general reinsurance within Indonesia and parts of South East Asia, the Middle East and East Africa.


Management Trainee Batch V
The program stretches over a period of one year in which selected graduates will be notated in various technical and non technical job functions. The assignments are about real responsibility and real results, while creating an environment where Graduates develop through practical learning and coaching from managers

Management Trainee requirements :

• Age max. 27 years old
• Hold one or more degree with outstanding academic record with min. GPA 2.75 (in scale 4.00) from reputable University
• Proficient in English (both oral & written)
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent in Computer Software knowledge with min. requirements : Ms. Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Good personality, self motivated, organization & analitical skills
