PT. Sepatu Bata, Tbk. is a footwear manufacturer and is a member of Bata Shoe Organization (BSO) which has its head office in Toronto, Canada. The Company produces a full range of footwear including leather shoes and sandals, canvas built up, casual and sport shoes, injection moulded sandals/slippers. The Company’s licensed brands, next to our main brand Bata, include North Star, Power, Bubblegummers, Marie-Claire and Weinbrenner.

We are currently seeking to fill the following positions :

Senior Buyer Retail
Retail Operation Manager
Real Estate Manager
Supply Chain Manager
Senior Buyer Wholesale

Requirements :

Responbilble for all purchases of all categories (1,5)
Indentify / anticipate and predict targeted consumer buying trends and retail development to ensure product leadership and maximize commercial potential (1,5)
Ability to develop strategic and business plans (1,5)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management (1,2,5)
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission (2)
Lead, manage, maintain and responsible of all operation team (2)
Willing travelling (2)
To monitor the operational aspect of business in each store (2)
Find, survey, analysis & negotiate new potential location for store (2)
Having knowledge in Supply Chain Management System (4)
Should possess good interpersonal skills to communicate and network with store clients (3)
Strong competency in logistics operation (4)
3-5 years experienced in similar field (2,4)
2-3 years experienced in similar field (1,3,5)
Having Master / Bachelor's Degree (1-5)
Age max. 40 years (1-5)
Having leadership spirit, strong, energic & fast learner
Highly motivated, strong leadership, hardworking, target oriented and able to work under pressure
Fluency in English both oral & written
Full-time position available
