The Workshop and facilities are capable for the Valve repair, pump repair and instrument refurbish and installation. Our client are oil and gas industry, Power plant , Chemical and etc. We are working according to API,ASME/ANSI, ISO,JIS and other international standards. OPERATION & TECHNICAL MANAGER

Requirements:
• Min. S1 Preferred fields of engineering
• Male, Max 45 years old
• Working experience Min. 5 years as Assistant Manager/ Manager in Valve Company, Fabrication and manufacture
• Mastering system ISO 9001:2008
• Understanding and have extensive knowledge in the field of Valve
• Understanding budgeting and project (tender)
• Read, write and speak in English fluently
• Able to create a procedure that is used as a reference work
• Disciplined, high motivated and responsible
• Having good leadership skills, can be a role model, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Mastering HSE and implementation procedure

WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR

Requirements:
• Graduate Min.D3 Engineering
• Minimum 5 (Five) years experience as Supervisor or Assistance Supervisor workshop in petroleum Process in the field of maintenance of valve such as:
a) Safety Valves
b) Relief Valves
c) All type of isolation valves such as gate valves, ball valves, plug valves, etc
d) Basic Knowledge on various repair techniques pertaining to valve components
e) Conversant with online calibration techniques for safety valves
f) Knowledge on API standards pertaining to test of valve
g) Capability to use all measuring instruments
h) Read, write and speak in English fluently

INSTRUMENT/ CONTROL SYSTEM ENGINEER

Requirements:
• Engineering degree from a recognized University in the discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas sector for engineering in instrumentation and control system
• Read, write and speak in English fluently (minimum passive)
• Proficient with Oil and Gas International Codes and Standards for the discipline.

QUALITY CONTROL

Requirements:
• Graduate Min.D3 Engineering
• 3 years experience in the oil or petrochemical industries (fresh graduated is acceptable)
• Able to analyze each job and the equipment to be used
• Can make working plan procedure
• Having knowledge in welding inspection, coating process/inspection (having NDT, WI, Coating Inspector is Preferably)
• Specific Professional Knowledge
• Read, write and speak in English fluently (minimum passive)

MARKETING

Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Experience min. 5 years in Marketing/Sales
• Read, write and speak in English fluently
• Highly self- motivated, responsibility, good personality & attractive looking
• Able to make weekly/monthly report and sales plan if needed
• Strong leadership, good communication, multitasking, fast learning, working flexible, pro active
• Possess creativity, outstanding presentation, excellent communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Has strong passion in sales & ability to work individually as well as team

PROJECT ENGINEER

Requirements:
• Minimum Strata Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experiences in handling Electrical & Mechanical process engineering
• Read, write and speak in English fluently (minimum passive)
• Good analysis and problem solving skill
• Strong reporting and technical writing

HRD

Requirements:
• Male/ female, age Max. 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Law/ Management/ Psychology from reputable university
• Experience minimum 2 years in the field of HRD
• Understanding the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
• Read, write and speak in English fluently (minimum passive)
• Highly self- motivated, responsibility, good personality
• Able to make weekly/monthly report HR
• Strong leadership, good communication, multitasking, fast learning, working flexible, pro active
• Understand about labor law regulations in Indonesia
• Assist with the recruitment, employment and placement of new employees
• Assess employee performance and report any gaps between expectations and outputs
• Conduct training programs that enhance employees skills and improve their abilities to work as a Team
• Evaluate training programs and suggest future options for continual learning

DRAFTER

Requirements:
• Male, age Max. 30 years old
• Minimum strata degree in Engineering Faculty from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years experiences in handling read and drawing Mechanical
• Understanding the AutoCAD 2D & 3D
• Strong leadership, discipline, good communication, multitasking, fast learning, working flexible, Pro active
• Highly self- motivated, responsibility, good personality
• Has strong passion to work individually as well as team

SUPERVISOR ACCOUNTING

Requirements:
• Male, age Max. 30 years old
• Degree in accounting
• Experience 3 – 5 years
• Mastering basic finance accounting and cost accounting
• Understand cycle of accountancy including report (journal, GL, profit loss report, balance sheet)
• Understand taxation
• Highly self- motivated, responsibility, good personality
• Able work under pressure
• Read, write and speak in English fluently (minimum passive)

ISO COORDINATOR

Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor degree
• Experience minimum 2 years in quality management /ISO
• Mastering standard ISO 9001 : 2008
• Have experience as auditor quality management / ISO (the value of more)
• Read, write and speak in English fluently (minimum passive)
• Highly self- motivated, responsibility, good personality
