General requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Architect or Civil Engineering
• Working experience 4-7 years, preferably from developer contractor company
• Experience in high rise project (mixed-use) development
• Excellent organizational, innovation and up to new challenges
• Strong leadership, good in managing team and  meeting deadline
• Excellence in analytical, problem solving, planning and cost budgeting
