Teller (Code: TLR PFS - 11) _ Jakarta

Responsibilities
  • The jobholder will have a responsibility to process over-the-counter transactions, such as Foreign Currencies and Local Currency’s cash withdrawal or deposit, Demand Draft, Travellers Cheques, and Transfers. These one-stop transactions are the Bank service standard, hospitality and professional services to customers.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor degree from a reputable university

AM Logistics (Code: AM LOG - OPS 11) - Jakarta
Responsibility
  • Supporting line manager in handling Logistic operations, covering the following:
  • Document Management (Archiving)
  • Distribution service (Courier and Mailroom)
  • Cash in Transit and ATM Replenishment (outstation only)
  • Office Insurance
  • Vendor Management
  • Administrative tasks (ie. processing invoice, reporting, etc).

Officer Cost Management Reporting (Code: OFF MGT RPT - OPS 11) - Jakarta
Responsibility
  • Prepare cost submission to Head Office and other report for local management; purpose accurately and on timely basis. The job incumbent is responsible to collect data from other department, perform data compilation and data consolidation, and provide commentary to interpret data trends and information to Head Office and EXCO members.
Requirements
  • Having accounting knowledge and keen with numbers and financial reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skil, able to create, review and operate complex worksheet formula
  • Strong understanding in HSBC IMO business line structure, customer group and product grouping
  • Good knowledge and good logic for reporting system
  • Proficiency in written English skill Staff Account Support (Code: STAFF ACC SUPP - CBA 11) - Jakarta
    Responsibility
  • The jobholder is responsible to provide support to Account Support Executive and team by performing all necessary maintenance on the system, balancing account, including setting up the profile, charges structure, and other system maintenance based on required functionality to ensure the correct distribution of management / compliance report, advices and statement.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge on Ms Office application, mainly for Excel and Word application
  • Majoring in IT/Computer Science/Accounting.
  • Interest to work with detail, accuracy, and self-motivated for proactively driving solutions and improvement.
  • Strong leadership and management skill.
  • Fast learner and responsible to his/her job.
  • Show proactive attitude, good communication skill and teamwork

Manager Sales Trade and Supply Chain - Surabaya (Code: Mgr Sales TSC SBA - CBA 11) - Surabaya
Responsibility
  • The job holder is responsible to grow HSBC's Trade and Supply Chain (TSC) businesses in Surabaya. The job holder is also responsible to conduct stringent portfolio and revenue monitoring. Ability to work closely with various internal stakeholders such as Middle Office Team, Product Team, and Relationship Managers to drive revenue and profitability is a must.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • Has minimum 3 years experiences in banking industry, preferably with experience in Trade and/or Commercial Banking.
  • Must be able to grow the portfolio of TSC’s customers while also maintaining relationship with existing customers.
  • Posses sound knowledge of Trade products and operations, as well as to have fair ideas of other Commercial Banking products.
  • Possess sound knowledge of Surabaya market.
  • Excellent sales and customer skills to meet up the targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) is a must.
  • Has a strong analytical skills and must be able to work with details and possess high degree of accuracy.
  • Has good interpersonal skill and able to work with team.
  • Has a strong drive to succeed.
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity.
