Purpose
Purpose
- Assist HR Manager to provide professional HR support and advice to a Liaison Office
- Compiles and maintains personnel record by SAP system
Key Responsibilities
- Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, training, disciplinary proceedings, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
- Updates employee files to document personnel actions and SAP as well and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
- Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
- Computes wages and records data for use in payroll, medical and insurance processing as well.
- Compiles and maintains records for use in employee benefits administration.
- Supports HR Manager in personnel areas, such as recruitment and employment, promotion and demotion, disciplinary proceedings etc
Key Relationships (list primary stakeholders that the position will communicate and interact with)
- Regional HR team : responsible for communication with regional HR team for HR report and all HR issues accordingly
- All department at all level
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Interviewing skill
- Good understanding of employment law and the ability to access resources for employment legislation in the appropriate markets.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate
- At least 3 years proven experience in human resources management with an international company
- Customer oriented with approachable personality and strong interpersonal skill
- Good in both oral and written English and Microsoft Window software’s operations, familiar with SAP is advantageous
- A good team player
